| | | | | | Due to the volatile nature of memory prices all merchandise carries a seven (7) day return for refund policy, unless otherwise noted on the product page. All returns for refund or store credit requests must be made within seven (7) days of the merchandise receipt date. After the above stated seven (7) day period defective merchandise will be repaired or replaced.
Warranty applies to original buyer only and is not transferable to subsequent buyer.
No returns, of any type, will be accepted without an RMA number. Please submit the form below or email us at support@everyupgrade.com to obtain an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number before shipping back any product. Please provide the following information to receive an RMA number: Order/Invoice number, Reason for return and course of action sought on the merchandise to be returned.
All RMA numbers must appear on your return shipping label. RMA numbers are valid for ten (10) days from issue date.
Special Ordered items are purchased by the customer under no refund, no exchange policy. Item description will state 'Special Order, No refunds' on the invoice.
All shipping and insurance charges on all RMA’s must be prepaid by the customer (NO COD’S WILL BE ACCEPTED).
All returns for credit must be in resaleable condition, include original packing material, manuals and all other accessories provided upon original delivery.
Packages refused at the time of delivery will be considered a return and is subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping & Handling will be non refundable.
Seller cannot guarantee compatibility of the components purchased with customer's existing products unless otherwise mentioned on the copy of the invoice.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable under any circumstances.
